1b324f3ae1 LibWebView+UI: Remove Qt networking infrastructure
Now that we use libcurl, there's no reason to keep Qt networking around.
Further, it doesn't support all features we need anyways, such as non-
buffered request handling for SSE.

804729fe37 Libraries+Ladybird: Rename LibProtocol -> LibRequests
The identifier "Protocol" is claimed by Objective-C and Swift for use
by the language's built-in protocol conformance feature, which is
similar to Rust traits or Java interfaces.

Rename LibProtocol -> LibRequests, and its namespace from Protocol to
Requests to accomodate this.

5f8d852dae LibWebView+UI: Migrate Ladybird's command line flags to LibWebView
Currently, if we want to add a new e.g. WebContent command line option,
we have to add it to all of Qt, AppKit, and headless-browser. (Or worse,
we only add it to one of these, and we have feature disparity).

To prevent this, this moves command line flags to WebView::Application.
The flags are assigned to ChromeOptions and WebContentOptions structs.
Each chrome can still add its platform-specific options; for example,
the Qt chrome has a flag to enable Qt networking.

There should be no behavior change here, other than that AppKit will now
support command line flags that were previously only supported by Qt.

8867146327 WebWorker: Allow the WebWorker process to optionally use Qt networking
This change adds a `--use-lagom-networking` flag to the WebWorker
process. Qt networking is used if this flag isn't passed. The flag is
passed the UI launches the WebWorker process unless the Qt chrome is
being run with the `--enable-qt-networking` flag.

4b5541e1b7 Everywhere: Transition ImageDecoder to be single-instance, owned by UI
This is the same behavior as RequestServer, with the added benefit that
we know how to gracefully reconnect ImageDecoder to all WebContent
processes on restart.

f16f89eb32 Ladybird+LibWebView: Move SQLServer launcher to Ladybird
It previously resided in LibWebView to hide the details of launching a
singleton process. That functionality now lives in LibCore. By moving
this to Ladybird, we will be able to register the process with the task
manager.

5e1d678bae Ladybird+Userland: Remove use of unnecessary fd passing socket concept
Now that LibIPC is using SCM_RIGHTS properly, we can go back to only
having one socket laying around when needing to transfer fds to peers.

6dfb2f9dc8 Everywhere: Merge the WebSocket service into RequestServer
This keeps the APIs separate as they are wildly different, a future
improvement could be to somehow unify the APIs (if possible).

Closes #23080.

0a55749a39 Ladybird+Userland: Use ByteString for candidate server paths
We've adopted a stance that paths should be ByteStrings rather than
UTF-8 strings, so apply that to the Ladybird helpers.

02edd240ae LibWeb+WebContent: Spawn Worker processes from the chrome
Instead of spawning these processes from the WebContent process, we now
create them in the Browser chrome.

07e9a8f79b Ladybird+LibWebView: Move options used to launch WebContent to a struct
It is currently a bit messy to pass these options along from main() to
where WebContent is actually launched. If a new flag were to be added,
there are a couple dozen files that need to be updated to pass that flag
along. With this change, the flag can just be added to the struct, set
in main(), and handled in launch_web_content_process().

5c7e5cc738 Ladybird: Decode images out of process
This patch brings a service to handle image decompression. With it comes
security enhancement due to the process boundary. Indeed, consequences
of a potential attack is reduced as only the decoder will crash without
perturbing the WebContent process.
It also allows us to display pages containing images that we claim to
support but still make us crash, like for not-finished-yet decoders.

As an example, we can now load https://jpegxl.info/jxl-art.html without
crashing the WebContent process.

506b03740c Ladybird: Move classes and types into the Ladybird namespace
We were super inconsistent about this, with most "new" classes living in
the Ladybird namespace, while "old" ones were in the global namespace,
or even sitting in the Browser namespace.

b5bfe732d7 Ladybird: Add RequestServer process to optionally replace Qt Networking
LibTLS still can't access many parts of the web, so let's hide this
behind a flag (with all the plumbing that entails).

Hopefully this can encourage folks to improve LibTLS's algorithm support
:^).

5062ba347b Ladybird+LibWebView: Move Lagom code to Ladybird, Qt code to Utilities
Re-organize our helper files here a bit, to make a clearer distinction
between Qt-specific helpers and generic non-serenity helpers.

A future commit will move Lagom specific code from LibSQL to ladybird
as well, so that we can see about future generic apis for spawning
helper procesess.

fd86509ef8 Ladybird: Remove unused spawn helper
The spawn_helper_process method was introduced together with
get_paths_for_helper_process but was only ever used briefly to spawn
WebContent. Other helper processes (SqlServer, headless_browser etc)
are either execed or spawned with their own helpers & custom arguments.
