This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

GCC 13 was released on 2023-04-26. This commit fixes Lagom build errors
when using an updated host toolchain:
- Adds a workaround for a bug in constraint handling, which made LibJS
fail to compile: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=109683
- Silences the new `-Wdangling-reference` diagnostic globally. It
produces multiple false positives with no clear way to silence them
without `#pragmas`.
- Silences `-Wself-move` in `RefPtr` tests as GCC 13 adds this
previously Clang-exclusive warning.
We now null out smart pointers *before* calling unref on the pointee.
This ensures that the same smart pointer can't be used to acquire a new
reference to the pointee after its destruction has begun.
I ran into this when destroying a non-empty IntrusiveList of RefPtrs,
but the problem was more general so this fixes it for all of RefPtr,
NonnullRefPtr, OwnPtr and NonnullOwnPtr.
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)
Doesn't use them in libc headers so that those don't have to pull in
AK/Platform.h.
AK_COMPILER_GCC is set _only_ for gcc, not for clang too. (__GNUC__ is
defined in clang builds as well.) Using AK_COMPILER_GCC simplifies
things some.
AK_COMPILER_CLANG isn't as much of a win, other than that it's
consistent with AK_COMPILER_GCC.
This mechanism was unsafe to use in any multithreaded context, since
the hook function was invoked on a raw pointer *after* decrementing
the local ref count.
Since we don't use it for anything anymore, let's just get rid of it.
This commit converts naked `new`s to `AK::try_make` and `AK::try_create`
wherever possible. If the called constructor is private, this can not be
done, so we instead now use the standard-defined and compiler-agnostic
`new (nothrow)`.
We can't unref an object to destruction while there's still a live
RefPtr to the object, otherwise the RefPtr destructor will try to
destroy it again, accessing the refcount of a destroyed object (before
realizing that oops! the object is already dead)
Unfortunately adopt_ref requires a reference, which obviously does not
work well with when attempting to harden against allocation failure.
The adopt_ref_if_nonnull() variant will allow you to avoid using bare
pointers, while still allowing you to handle allocation failure.
