All of these patches did the same thing, which is already in upstream
config.sub.
With this change, we need only add `use_fresh_config_sub=true` to
the package.sh file.
Note that this is not done automatically in case the port has a modified
config.sub file.
The addition of the siginfo() function to LibC caused this port to
enable its stack overflow detection feature which, however, depends on
more features that we don't have.
We may need entries with spaces in makeopts, installopts, and
configopts, and at that point we should also convert depends and
auth_opts to avoid confusion.
This patch fixes the m4 port by removing unneeded make subdirs that
would cause the build to fail on some systems. We now only care about
the `lib` and `src`.

* Move -L option to port script, as this is always good
