Attempting to import C-extensions (lib-dynload/*.so) currently asserts in the dynamic loader - let's just build them statically instead for the time being. Sergey Bugaev	63cef4bd5f	Ports: Fix ignoring patches ... According to gitignore docs, > It is not possible to re-include a file if a parent directory of that file is excluded.
