c3d28d7f5a Kernel: Switch init boot argument to "/init"
This doesn't affect system functionality, but somewhat reduces the
reliance on complicated hardcoded paths. It also allows the user to
simply link /init (which is normally a symbolic link) to another program
to run it instead of SystemServer as the default option.

a50cfc5f1f Boot: Bump our requested resolution to 1280x1024
This makes bare metal boots a bit nicer on machines where that mode
is available to us.

b957c61e6f Kernel: Implement generic VGA device using multiboot info
This implements a very basic VGA device using the information provided
to us by the bootloader in the multiboot header. This allows Serenity to
boot to the desktop on basically any halfway modern system.

4320c5fd58 Kernel: Make better use of the multiboot info.
Define the multiboot info struct properly so we don't have to grab at byte
offsets in the memory access checker code. Also print kernel command line
in init().

a15857ea28 Kernel: Clear the X86 direction flag (DF) in the boot loader.
I'm not sure who is responsible for clearing this, but IIUC the C++ ABI
expects it to be clear on function entry, so just to be on the safe side..

ee4d7c18c8 Kernel: Use a multiboot header instead of a convoluted two-part bootloader.
The old bootloader was hilariously complicated, requiring a floppy disk with
the kernel on it, and a hard drive with the file system. This patch removes
the floppy disk from the equation and replaces it with a multiboot header.
This means the kernel can now be booted with qemu-system-i386 -kernel kernel

f3c8821b0f Bootloader: Bump sector count once again.

a1b63bb6d4 Bootloader: Locate the kernel's data segment and clear it.
This was a constant source of stupid bugs and I kept postponing it because
I wasn't in the mood to write assembly code. Until now! :^)

731fc5a7c8 Kernel: Much improved BochsVGA (BXVGA) support.
Instead of cowboy-calling the VESA BIOS in the bootloader, find the emulator
VGA adapter by scanning the PCI bus. Then set up the desired video mode by
sending device commands.

4bd69d4352 Remove old DatBuffer class.
(also increase the number of sectors loaded by the bootloader in the
since I just noticed we were at the limit. This is not the ideal way
