9edd334beb Ladybird/Meta: Add libgl1-mesa-dev to build dependencies 
Without this package, CMake fails with the error:

    Could NOT find OpenGL (missing: OPENGL_INCLUDE_DIR)

This package is listed in Qt's requirements here:
