Note that in some cases (in particular SQL::Result and PDFErrorOr),
there is no Formatter defined for the error type, hence TRY_OR_FAIL
cannot work as-is. Furthermore, this commit leaves untouched the places
where MUST could be replaced by TRY_OR_FAIL.

Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).
No functional changes.
Reverts recent change introduced to support implicit symbolic permission
which broke the parser when multiple classes are specified.
The state machine must assume it's dealing with classes until an
operation character is consumed.
