Refact pkg/cwhub (part 4) (#2518)
* generalize function: GetInstalledItems, GetInstalledItemsAsString
* extracted function itemKey, happy path
* review comments / remove redundant; rename file to remove build tags
* remove unused fields in Item struct
* unix build tag
