05641062c8 gitignore: Merge dozens of "Thumbs.db" rules
It suffices to apply the rule once in the root directory.

bad0f6b4b0 Add support for images entry/exit teleport point for the new teleport footpath.
Currently twice the same file, to ease experiment and because url is still
harcoded. I tried some fancy whirl and color, but with my gimp skill, better
let a simple and good working placeholder (+I start to get used and like it)

65afbc60ab For the footpath when teleporting,
...use a halo image instead of footsteps in funky directions (but
continue to draw them for entering and leaving the villages). It's
mainly a visual indicator to show that there is something special
happening and that your footpath is not just stuck in the village.

It's a quick Gimp, but if/when replaced, it must stay light. Because
it's coded to stay visible like footsteps when the unit move and
teleport, and so it must work well under the teleport anim. If really
needed, we can add a new unit key specifing the image to use. Btw, the
siver mage seems to not have his teleport anim in cfg but the images
are there.

6909c4cb1e New and better (i think) footsteps images for a new bended path system
(in next commit)

- use half hex images, put them in a specific directory (use 12 images
  instead of 8)

- 3 directions instead of 2, so we can use 180-rotation instead of
  flipping (bad for left/right)

- more regular steps: needed for better angles and it looks less discontinous

- remove ugly "noise" of the north-south images
