5b4d5addc7 eclipse plugin: Make an EObjectAtOffsetHelper instance...

b75beee2c6 eclipse plugin: Add a Xtend post processor to set... 
...the grammar's default values. So, we'll have empty strings instead
of null, when there is no value set.  Also made the
plus/relative/point be strings instead booleans.
