Updated the new network API proposal to feature canceling...
...all network operations instead of a single one. It is a feature downgrade, however I can only think of very contrived scenarios on where the latter (cancel per operation) would pose a necessary feature and the first wouldn't suffice. So, after consideration it was evaluated that an implementation supporting canceling per operation would add extra weight to the ANA library while providing no real added benefit.
