Windows users: the location of the user preferences dir has been changed
from <install dir>\userdata to <user dir>\My Documents\Wesnoth\<VERSION> for
better compatibility with multi-user installations. The old behavior can
be enabled using a command line switch, --local-userdir, for people who need
it for running Wesnoth from portable locations such as USB disks.
