33543a778a Fix group block padding when alignwide in varia 
In the same way that the COLUMNS block is already adding padding when
configured as alignwide the GROUP block is now doing the same.

54ffeaad41 Separate background & color 
This changese creates a more specific selector for applying the color of
an element with a background color applied.

Previously the class that applied the background color also applied a
reasonable color color.

With this change only matches that also do not also supply a
'has-text-color' class will set a color property for a .has-*-background

80b6eefd32 Remove unnecessary h-padding styles 
The editor-only horizontal padding for the block element doesn't appear
to be helpful. Removing these styles allows all elements (including
those blocks that add .block-editor-inner-blocks when in the editor) to
lay out as expected.

Varia: Remove word-break style in tables 
Related to #3056.

The `word-break: break-all` style creates unwanted and unexpected breaks in text in tables. Let's remove it.

Fixes #2375, fixes #2120.

4d7be305b2 Varia: Remove overflow:scroll on pre element 
`overflow: scroll` is applied to `pre` elements in our normalize file.
This creates unsightly scrollbars on Verse blocks and others. The latest
version of `normalize.css` doesn't include this particular style.

Let's try removing it, and assuming everything is ok we'll remove it
from Seedlet-based themes too.
