* Refactor dotorg deploy script to use an EXCLUSION list instead of INCLUSION list, ignore ALL classic themes, check existence of themes and version using HTTP instead of SVN
* Update deploy-dotorg.sh
* use .dotorg-ignore file for rsync and deployment
