335e240b1e Compiled Varia Child Themes to address #2257. 
Fix for Varia was previously put in place with this change: https://github.com/Automattic/themes/pull/2654

This change compiles that into all of the Varia child themes.

eef3cf6628 Added margin definitions to Premium Content Block 
Added a generic .entry-content-child class to be used (extended) by
anything that needs to apply the content child margins.

Leveraged this .entry-content-child from a new Premium Content selector in
order for the appropraite vertical margins to be applied to premium
content.

Add block styles (#2662) 
This addresses a few issues with Independent Publisher 2. Specifically captions and embeds.

I used Code Snippets to test the block style function.
