8347656eb8 Add filter to change bundled google fonts. 
Initially intended as a part-fix for #3134 to enable child themes to swap typefaces that get included more easily, this also extends that change across to many themes using the common patterns.

It explicitly does not change the following themes:

Spearhead (uses different endpoint and method)

And the following themes that have multiple functions that generate typeface includes so as to avoid confusion:

* canard
* gazette
* illustratr
* publication

2c17234ccd Prevented color change on social in cover 
The social buttons color setting assigned by Gutenburg default styles
was being clobbered by this color setting.  This change prevents any
wp-social-link elements from being selected.

f83223282c Remoevd unnessary h-padding styles 
The editor-only horizontal padding for the block element doesn't appear
to be helpful. Removing these styles allows all elements (including
those blocks that add .block-editor-inner-blocks when in the editor) to
lay out as expected.

Seedlet: Remove word-break style in tables 
The `word-break: break-all` style creates unwanted and unexpected breaks
in text in tables. Let's remove it.

Fixes #2410, fixes #2375, fixes #2120.
