* Got bored and copied all the validate.php and define() stuff to 1.1
...
* Cleaned up some code
* Fixed some typos
* Added a few files (documentation, translations)
* EAGERLY awaiting 1.1 to come out
* Made all global stuff "global $varname" so the new define() method we use
will work properly (methinks)

Removed a lot of the warnings generated when PHP has all warnings enabled.

This is not done yet, but it is a VERY good start.
Added $Id$ tags to a lot of the files.
