* Got bored and copied all the validate.php and define() stuff to 1.1

* Cleaned up some code
* Fixed some typos
* Added a few files (documentation, translations)
* EAGERLY awaiting 1.1 to come out
* Made all global stuff "global $varname" so the new define() method we use
will work properly (methinks)

Made some changes to the way that attachments are downloaded -- changed the
...
content-type to "application/octet-stream" so that it will always get downloaded.
If it is an image, it has a "view" button beside it for convenience, and that
will load the picture in the browser.
