* Fixed errors when lines contain CRLF as lineending instead of the required
LF for sendmail. (Error occured when base64 encoded attachments with \r\n
as line termination were involved, That caused mixed usage of LF and CRLF
with as result a nice reject of the message by the sendmail binary from
postfix.
