Add an automatic basic printer-friendly version through the use of a style
sheet that overrules some other styles when printing (mainly: removing items
that are useless when printed; set light-on-dark text to dark-on-light,
add the word SquirrelMail to the page title because the background images
disappear when printed).
Can probably be improved a bit more.
