Removing languages not supported in 1.4.15. I'm aware of the fact that there are other languages that shouldn't be supported, but since the translations were branched off after the release of SquirrelMail 1.4.15 there's not much to do about that now. For that reason I've decided to keep some languages, even though they aren't at least 50 % translated.
