Looks like somebody forgot to set $msgs in read_body.php which in the right situation
would break the prev|next and delete_move_next features. This is a fix along with the
src/global.php. prev|next and delete_move_next now works. I think the fact the filters
may have been noted as a cause of this issue was a slight distraction, more like an
odd occurance.
