Various rg=0 fixes. Tested with Apache 1.3.26/PHP 4.0.6 + 4.1.2 and Apache 2.0.39/PHP 4.2.2
all with rg On and Off.
Not done with rg=0 updates but what we have now works with PHP < 4.1.
