Lessee. Made a storage class for cheapie things I want to stick in the
database (singletons: list of short page names, and list of groups), updated
group class to manage groups via another table in the DB (more to come there).
Set up DB object caching (will need more testing for it but it 'seems to work'),
Userlist external for user management. Other supporting stuff.
