Here we go !! Ok, this is part one of register_global = off, the global conversion to be included by validate and redirect. I also added a function aimed at plugin conversion. I have already converted quite a few files from src/ and a few from functions/. Later today I will commit the updated files and post to the dev list on what remains to be converted and how to go about doing it :)
