Tianon Gravi 0597b6445d Optimize the bash completion even further 
The biggest/bestest change here is cutting down on the number of calls to Docker in the filtering helpers (`__docker_containers_running`, etc), especially calls to the really heavy `docker images`.

The `contrib` directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
