3b5fac462d Remove LXC support. 
The LXC driver was deprecated in Docker 1.8.
Following the deprecation rules, we can remove a deprecated feature
after two major releases. LXC won't be supported anymore starting on Docker 1.10.

e41de3e631 Add examples for ENV vars in API

the API calls for setting ENV-vars lacked an actual example.

This PR adds some examples to the API calls.
