Don't error out when mount source doesn't exist and mounts has
`CreateMountpoint` option enabled.

`VolumeOptions` now has a `Subpath` field which allows to specify a path
relative to the volume that should be mounted as a destination.
Symlinks are supported, but they cannot escape the base volume
directory.

"ro-non-recursive", "ro-force-recursive", and "rro" are
now removed from the legacy mount API.
CLI may still support them via the new mount API (if we want).

`docker run -v /foo:/foo:ro` is now recursively read-only on kernel >= 5.12.
Automatically falls back to the legacy non-recursively read-only mount mode on kernel < 5.12.
Use `ro-non-recursive` to disable RRO.
Use `ro-force-recursive` or `rro` to explicitly enable RRO. (Fails on kernel < 5.12)

strings.ReplaceAll(s, old, new) is a wrapper function for
strings.Replace(s, old, new, -1). But strings.ReplaceAll is more
readable and removes the hardcoded -1.

This allows stubbing the provider for a test without side effects for
other tests, making it no longer needed to reset it to its original
value in a defer()

- Remove the windowsparser.HasResource() override, as it was the same on both
Windows and Linux
- Move the rxLCOWDestination to the lcowParser code
- Move the rwModes variable to a generic (non-platform-specific) file, as it's
used both for the windowsParser and the linuxParser
- Some minor formatting and linting changes

Errors were being ignored and always telling the user that the path
doesn't exist even if it was some other problem, such as a permission
error.

This allows non-recursive bind-mount, i.e. mount(2) with "bind" rather than "rbind".
Swarm-mode will be supported in a separate PR because of mutual vendoring.

This moves the platform specific stuff in a separate package and keeps
the `volume` package and the defined interfaces light to import.
