Add missing call to "VolumeDriver.Mount" during container start.
On container start, volume mounts are setup which should include invoking "VolumeDriver.Mount" to setup necessary mounts. This was missing for Windows containers. Fix that. Signed-off-by: Anusha Ragunathan <anusha@docker.com>
