Containerize `TestDaemonNoSpaceLeftOnDeviceError`

Why? Because the `mount` here will sometimes fail when run in
`debian:jessie`, which is what the environrment hosting the test suite
is running if run from the `Makefile`.
Also, why the heck not containerize it, all the things.
