integration-cli/TestRunModeIpcContainer: remove

1. The functionality of this test is superceded by
   `TestAPIIpcModeShareableAndContainer` (see
   integration-cli/docker_api_ipcmode_test.go).

2. This test won't work with --default-ipc-mode private.
