Getting started

Install Docker

If you don't have Docker and Docker Compose yet, use the command below to install.

curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com -o get-docker.sh
sudo sh get-docker.sh

sudo curl -L "https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/1.29.2/docker-compose-$(uname -s)-$(uname -m)" -o /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
sudo ln -s /usr/local/bin/docker-compose /usr/bin/docker-compose

Getting Magma

Create docker-compose.yml or download it from Github:

version "3.0"

Start the container:

docker-compose up -d

Go to your dashboard http://localhost:7001 to check if everything go smoothly.

Update Magma automatically

To get our regular update, you should install watchtower too.

docker run --detach \
    --name watchtower \
    --volume /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock \
    containrrr/watchtower
