Luke 59cfc4a8db LibWeb: Rename "FrameHostElement" to "BrowsingContextContainer"
With the renaming of "Frame" to "BrowsingContext", this changes
"FrameHostElement" to "BrowsingContextContainer" to further
match the spec.
