f341af1d72 LibWeb: Forbid reentrancy of style-layout-repaint in EventLoop::process
Fixes crashing on https://playbiolab.com/ in
VERIFY(page.client().is_ready_to_paint()) caused by attempting to start
the next repaint before the ongoing repaint is done.

08d60d7521 LibWeb: Make HTML::Task IDs a sequential, distinct numeric type
This also fixes a bug where task IDs were being deallocated from the
wrong IDAllocator. I don't know if it was actually possible to cause any
real trouble with that mistake, nor do I know how to write a test for
it, but this makes the bug go away.

9d69563da4 LibWeb: Revert blocking of task by source in EventLoop
This reverts commit 664611bae4.

It seems like the HTML spec has been misinterpreted and this text:
"... Note that in this setup, the processing model still enforces that
the user agent would never process events from any one task source out
of order."

does not mean we can't interrupt execution of task by a task with the
same task source. It just says they should be processed in the order
they were added.

Fixes hanging while navigating from PR list to PR page on GitHub.

664611bae4 LibWeb: Forbid interleaving execution of HTML tasks with same source
From HTML spec https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#definitions-3
"... Note that in this setup, the processing model still enforces that
the user agent would never process events from any one task source out
of order."

I can't come up with an example that is fixed by this change. However,
debugging a bug caused by violating this assumption from the spec is
likely to be very painful.

This fixes the relevant warnings when running LibJSGCVerifier. Note that
the analysis is only performed over LibJS-adjacent code, but could be
performed over the entire codebase. That will have to wait for a future
commit.

2ef37c0b06 LibWeb: Make EventLoop, TaskQueue, and Task GC-allocated
...and use HeapFunction instead of SafeFunction for task steps.

Since there is only one EventLoop per process, it lives as a global
handle in the VM custom data.

This makes it much easier to reason about lifetimes of tasks, task
steps, and random stuff captured by them.

e09816c37c LibWeb: Run only tasks with navigation source in "apply history step"
In our implementation of the "apply the history step" algorithm, we
have to spin-wait for the completion of tasks queued on the event loop.
Before this change, we allowed tasks from any source to be executed
while we were waiting. It should not be possible because it allows to
interrupt history step application by anything, including another
history step application.

9567e211e7 LibWeb+WebContent: Add abstraction layer for event loop and timers
Instead of using Core::EventLoop and Core::Timer directly, LibWeb now
goes through a Web::Platform abstraction layer instead.

This will allow us to plug in Qt's event loop (and QTimer) over in
Ladybird, to avoid having to deal with multiple event loops.

6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated
PlatformObjects. Their C++ wrapper classes are removed, and the LibJS
garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

52543fc771 LibJS+LibWeb: Let Realm store a plain Object for [[GlobalObject]]
This removes the requirement of having a global object that actually
inherits from JS::GlobalObject, which is now a perfectly valid scenario.

With the upcoming removal of wrapper objects in LibWeb, the HTML::Window
object will inherit from DOM::EventTarget, which means it cannot also
inherit from JS::GlobalObject.

f71f404e0c LibWeb: Introduce the Environment Settings Object
The environment settings object is effectively the context a piece of
script is running under, for example, it contains the origin,
responsible document, realm, global object and event loop for the
current context. This effectively replaces ScriptExecutionContext, but
it cannot be removed in this commit as EventTarget still depends on it.

909e522cf7 LibWeb: Schedule HTML::EventLoop processing when there are queued tasks
Since we can't simply give HTML::EventLoop control of the whole program,
we have to integrate with Core::EventLoop.

We do this by having a single-shot 0ms Core::Timer that we start when
a task is added to the queue, and restart after processing the queue and
there are still tasks in the queue.
