00f03f3e90 LibWeb: Match attribute selectors case insensitively in XML documents
The values of attribute selectors are now compared case insensitively
by default if the attribute's document is not a HTML document, or the
element is not in the HTML namespace.

6a74b01644 LibWeb: Rename "identifier" and "ValueID" to "Keyword" where correct
For a long time, we've used two terms, inconsistently:
- "Identifier" is a spec term, but refers to a sequence of alphanumeric
  characters, which may or may not be a keyword. (Keywords are a
  subset of all identifiers.)
- "ValueID" is entirely non-spec, and is directly called a "keyword" in
  the CSS specs.

So to avoid confusion as much as possible, let's align with the spec
terminology. I've attempted to change variable names as well, but
obviously we use Keywords in a lot of places in LibWeb and so I may
have missed some.

One exception is that I've not renamed "valid-identifiers" in
Properties.json... I'd like to combine that and the "valid-types" array
together eventually, so there's no benefit to doing an extra rename
now.

dae9c9be40 LibWeb/CSS: Add quick-and-dirty parsing for pseudo-element selectors
As noted, this is hacky because the parser wasn't written to allow
parsing an individual component of a selector. (Fox example, the
convenient-sounding `parse_pseudo_simple_selector()` assumes the first
colon has already been consumed...) So until that changes, this parses
the input as an entire selector-list, and then throws it away if it's
not a single pseudo-element selector.

It's only temporary though, I promise. 😅

274c46a3c9 LibWeb: Don't infer descendant combinator for <compound-selector>
This fixes an issue where :host(foo) would parse as if "foo" was the
on the right side of a descendant combinator.

Not testable yet, but will be in the next commit.

e2e7c4d574 Everywhere: Use to_number<T> instead of to_{int,uint,float,double}
In a bunch of cases, this actually ends up simplifying the code as
to_number will handle something such as:

```
Optional<I> opt;
if constexpr (IsSigned<I>)
    opt = view.to_int<I>();
else
    opt = view.to_uint<I>();
```

For us.

The main goal here however is to have a single generic number conversion
API between all of the String classes.

ed97946975 LibWeb: Support obsolete but required -webkit- CSS parsing quirk
As outlined in: https://www.w3.org/TR/selectors-4/#compat

We now do not treat unknown webkit pseudo-elements as invalid at parse
time, and also support serializing these elements.

Fixes: #21959

83758d4cdd LibWeb: Wrap PseudoElements stored in SimpleSelector in a class
No functional impact intended. This is just a more complicated way of
writing what we have now.

The goal of this commit is so that we are able to store the 'name' of a
pseudo element for use in serializing 'unknown -webkit-
pseudo-elements', see:

https://www.w3.org/TR/selectors-4/#compat

This is quite awkward, as in pretty much all cases just the selector
type enum is enough, but we will need to cache the name for serializing
these unknown selectors. I can't figure out any reason why we would need
this name anywhere else in the engine, so pretty much everywhere is
still just passing around this raw enum. But this change will allow us
to easily store the name inside of this new struct for when it is needed
for serialization, once those webkit unknown elements are supported by
our engine.

3f13a50a20 LibWeb: Return FlyString from CSS::Parser::Token::ident
Instead of a StringView. This allows us to preserve the nice O(1) string
compare property of FlyString, and not needing to allocate when one is
needed.

Ideally all other places in Token should have similar changes done, but
to prevent a huge amount of churn, just change ident for now.
