e2e7c4d574 Everywhere: Use to_number<T> instead of to_{int,uint,float,double}
In a bunch of cases, this actually ends up simplifying the code as
to_number will handle something such as:

```
Optional<I> opt;
if constexpr (IsSigned<I>)
    opt = view.to_int<I>();
else
    opt = view.to_uint<I>();
```

For us.

The main goal here however is to have a single generic number conversion
API between all of the String classes.

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:

02d94a303c Base+Userland: Apply Human Interface Guidelines to Object text
Corrects a slew of titles, buttons, labels, menu items and status bars
for capitalization, ellipses and punctuation.

Rewords a few actions and dialogs to use uniform language and
punctuation.

f0395a2042 LibGUI+Userland: Rename try_load_from_gml() -> load_from_gml() :^)
It's the only one, so the `try` prefix is unnecessary now.

0c24522635 LibGUI+Everywhere: Use fallible Window::set_main_widget() everywhere :^)
Rip that bandaid off!

This does the following, in one big, awkward jump:
- Replace all uses of `set_main_widget<Foo>()` with the `try` version.
- Remove `set_main_widget<Foo>()`.
- Rename the `try` version to just be `set_main_widget` because it's now
  the only one.

The majority of places that call `set_main_widget<Foo>()` are inside
constructors, so this unfortunately gives us a big batch of new
`release_value_but_fixme_should_propagate_errors()` calls.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

67f349be46 PixelPaint: Keep a RefPtr to offset_text_box in EditGuideDialog
Keep a RefPtr to offset_text_box in EditGuideDialog instead of using
a local pointer. Previously the lambda in ok_button.on_click() would
outlive the local variable causing a crash.

c9e6afe6a8 PixelPaint: Allow initial values for the EditGuideDialog
This way we can feed it the values if we wanted to change an existing
Guide and handle the default as before.
That we have to pass a String here is a bit ugly.

abcb982485 PixelPaint: Rename CreateNewGuideDialog to EditGuideDialog
This doesn't change the behavior at all but sets the naming up be more
descriptive on what it does in the next patches.
