This will help reduce the quite repetitive pattern of:
auto result_or_error = dom_node->do_something();
if (result_or_error.is_exception())
return result_or_error.exception();
auto result = result_or_error.release_value();
Similar to LibJS completions, this adds an alias to the error accessors.
This also removes the requirement on release_value() for ValueType to
not be Empty, which we also had to do for TRY compatibility in LibJS.
This changes Web::Bindings::throw_dom_exception_if_needed() to return a
JS::ThrowCompletionOr instead of an Optional. This allows callers to
wrap the invocation with a TRY() macro instead of making a follow-up
call to should_return_empty(). Further, this removes all invocations to
vm.exception() in the generated bindings.
The WebIDL spec specifies a few "simple" exception types in addition to
the DOMException type, let's support all of those.
This allows functions returning ExceptionOr<T> to throw regular
javascript exceptions (as limited by the webidl spec) by returning a
`DOM::SimpleException { DOM::SimpleExceptionType::T, "error message" }`
which is pretty damn cool :^)

Much like AK::Result this carries either a DOM::DOMException or regular
return value and will be used by DOM functions for exceptions that
should be thrown.
