1c1b902a6a LibJS+LibWeb: Move headers around to allow including Value from Cell
The goal here is to allow Cell::initialize to return a ThrowCompletion,
to handle OOM for example. Cell.h will then need to include Completion.h
which must include Value.h. This currently can't happen because Value.h
includes BigInt.h, which in turn includes Cell.h. So we would have an
include cycle.

This removes BigInt.h from Value.h, as it is forward-declarable (it is
only referred to with a reference or pointer). Then the Value overload
for Cell::Visitor::visit is moved to Cell.h, and missing BigInt.h
includes as peppered as needed.

b0a4df76de LibJS: Define Date constants such that translation units don't copy them
Variables that are constexpr must be delcared inline in the global
namespace to prevent copying them.

The static keyword is meaningless on variables in headers in the global
namespace. Declare the static bigint as extern and define it out-of-line
instead.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

019211bcb4 LibJS: Consolidate sources of system time zone to one location in Date
This is a normative change in the ECMA-262 spec. See:
https://github.com/tc39/ecma262/commit/43fd5f2

For the most part, these AOs are hoisted from Temporal.

Note that despite being a normative change, the expectation is that
this change does not result in any behavior differences.

b99cc7d050 LibJS+LibWeb: Replace GlobalObject with Realm in create() functions
This is a continuation of the previous two commits.

As allocating a JS cell already primarily involves a realm instead of a
global object, and we'll need to pass one to the allocate() function
itself eventually (it's bridged via the global object right now), the
create() functions need to receive a realm as well.
The plan is for this to be the highest-level function that actually
receives a realm and passes it around, AOs on an even higher level will
use the "current realm" concept via VM::current_realm() as that's what
the spec assumes; passing around realms (or global objects, for that
matter) on higher AO levels is pointless and unlike for allocating
individual objects, which may happen outside of regular JS execution, we
don't need control over the specific realm that is being used there.

f7c9bd0760 LibJS: Convert remaining Date AOs using JS::Value as in/output to double
There was an awful lot of JS::Value <-> double conversion going on, even
through these AOs only work with number values anyway.
They don't need a global object either as they won't allocate or throw,
that was simply to pass it to infallible calls of ToIntegerOrInfinity.

d83ce7dd0b LibJS: Re-implement the Date constructor / prototype for spec compliance
First, this adds a constructor to the Date object to be created from a
plain double. This is a first step to removing Core::DateTime as the
basis for the Date object. A subsequent commit will remove the now-
unused data from the object.

Next, this implements the constructor in accordance to the spec. The
constructor when NewTarget is undefined no longer allocates a Date on
the heap. The other constructor properly uses recently created AOs to
handle time zone and ensure the created [[DateValue]] is valid. Other
methods on the constructor (Date.now) have not been touched yet.

Last, the prototype is reimplemented. Again, we use other AOs to handle
time zones and time clipping. Not all prototypes are fixed; most of them
are, but a few (e.g. Date.prototype.getTimezoneOffset) were not fixed,
but left in a mostly unimplemented state for another commit.

In all of the above, spec comments are added. This is a rather large
change; but it's tough to do any of these parts individually without
breaking everything else.

038d354b5d LibJS: Remove Object::value_of()
Being really close to Object.prototype.valueOf() name wise makes this
unnecessarily confusing - while it sometimes serves as the
implementation of a valueOf() function, it's an abstraction which the
spec doesn't have.
Use the appropriate getters to retrieve specific internal slots instead,
most commonly [[FooData]] from the primitive wrapper objects.
For the Object class specifically, use the Value(Object*) ctor instead.

Since theres no way to drop the arguments before the call to the
