This patch adds a ComboBox to `FilePicker` where the user can select
which file types to show, all files that doesn't have an
extension that's in the selected file type will be hidden.
When creating a FilePicker with `FilePicker::construct` or
`FilePicker::get_open_filepath`, allowed file types can be
specified as the last argument.
If no file types are provided then there will be no visual change in the
GUI.
'All Files' and 'Image Files' have shorthands with
`GUI::FileTypeFilter::all_files()` and
`GUI::FileTypeFilter::image_files()`, respectively.
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).
No functional changes.

This was done with the `ambr` search and replace tool.

This now means that when trying to open a folder, one can click on
the folder and press open instead of having to actually step into
the desired folder. Of course, it also means it won't let you open
non-directories anymore.
This is particularly useful when wanting to open files in ~/.config
from the Text Editor. The option is currently not persistent, but could
be hooked into File Manager's configuration.
