LibWeb: Add Exposed attribute and IDL spec links where missing
...
The intent is to use these to autogenerate prototype declarations for
Window and WorkerGlobalScope classes.
And the spec links are just nice to have :^)

- float getTotalLength();
- DOMPoint getPointAtLength(float distance);
