541637e15a LibJS: Add using declaration support, RAII like operation in js
In this patch only top level and not the more complicated for loop using
statements are supported. Also, as noted in the latest meeting of tc39
async parts of the spec are not stage 3 thus not included.

9f661d20f7 LibJS: Allow anonymous functions as default exports
This requires a special case with names as the default function is
supposed to have a unique name ("*default*" in our case) but when
checked should have name "default".

0fc67ffd62 LibJS: Make indirect bindings of module behave like normal bindings
Before this we attempted to hack around this by only overriding
has_binding. However this did not cover all cases, for example when
assigning to variables before their declaration it didn't throw.
By using the new find_binding_and_index virtual method we can just
pretend the indirect bindings are real.

Since indirect binding do come from a normal environment we need to
ensure you cannot modify the binding and that properties like mutable
are false as expected by the spec for such an indirect binding.

462c6df24b LibJS: Only check for duplicate exports if they have a name
Together with removing an incorrect VERIFY this allows multiple star
imports in a single module.

3b1c3e574f LibJS: Handle empty named export
This is an export which looks like `export {} from "module"`, and
although it doesn't have any real export entries it should still add
"module" to the required modules to load.

93b4c3bb82 LibJS: Infer file extensions when resolving module paths
This allows `import "./foo"` to succeed, even if the file is actually
called `foo.js`. IDEs commonly exclude file extensions in auto-imports.

Closes #14364.

6b5c882af3 LibJS: Add support for JSON modules
We now have one supported assertion: 'type' if that is 'json' we attempt
to parse the module as JSON.

f568939568 LibJS: Implement the import assertions proposal
The hard part of parsing them in import statements and calls was already
done so this is just removing some check which threw before on
assertions. And filtering the assertions based on the result of a new
host hook.

e0e4ead2c8 LibJS: Follow the spec with storing im- and export entries
Because we can have arbitrary in- and export names with strings we can
have '*' and '' which means using '*' as an indicating namespace imports
failed / behaved incorrectly for string imports '*'.
We now use more specific types to indicate these special states instead
of these 'magic' string values.

Do note that 'default' is not actually a magic string value but one
specified by the spec. And you can in fact export the default value by
doing: `export { 1 as default }`.

7cbf4b90e8 LibJS: Implement ImportCall and HostImportModuleDynamically
This allows us to load modules from scripts.
This can be dangerous as it can load arbitrary files. Because of that it
fails and throws by default. Currently, only js and JavaScriptTestRunner
enable the default hook.

This also adds tests to test-js which test module code. Because we
form a spec perspective can't "enter" a module this is the easiest way
to run tests without having to modify test-js to have special cases for
modules.
To specify modules in test-js we use the extension '.mjs' this is to
ensure the files are not executed. We do still want to lint these files
so the prettier scripts have changed to look for '.mjs' files as well.
