48eecaad64 LibGUI: Remove Window background color
The `m_background_color` field was not used anywhere. Both `Terminal`
and the `ColorPicker` widget invoked `set_background_color()` to no
avail.

b46ea5158d WindowsServer+LibGUI: Avoid getting color under cursor outside screen
This patch fixes a crash in ColorPicker caused by the ColorSelectOverlay
trying to request the color for a pixel outside the screen rect.

b3e9a4e603 Libraries: Fix visibility of Object-derivative constructors
Derivatives of Core::Object should be constructed through
ClassName::construct(), to avoid handling ref-counted objects with
refcount zero. Fixing the visibility means that misuses like this are
more difficult.

253eb5c6d7 ColorPicker: Add ability to select a color on the screen
This commit adds a `ColorSelectOverlay` class, and uses it to
allow the user to pick a color from the screen. The API for
`ColorSelectOverlay` is inspired from the `SelectableOverlay`
in `Utilities/shot.cpp`. In particular, it opens up it's own
window, so that we can have control over the cursor over the
whole screen.

There's one thing notably different: In addition to returning the
final selected color from the `exec()` function, it also provides
an `on_color_changed()` hook, which can be used to (optionally)
get live updated as the mouse is moving around.

This is a bit odd, but allows us to use the preview widget of the
color picker to see the current color under the mouse (which will
be selected upon clicking). When trying to select the color from
text / other small elements, this is very useful.

e11d177618 Userland+LibGUI: Add shorthand versions of the Margins constructor
This allows for typing [8] instead of [8, 8, 8, 8] to specify the same
margin on all edges, for example. The constructors follow CSS' style of
specifying margins. The added constructors are:

- Margins(int all): Sets the same margin on all edges.
- Margins(int vertical, int horizontal): Sets the first argument to top
  and bottom margins, and the second argument to left and right margins.
- Margins(int top, int vertical, int bottom): Sets the first argument to
  the top margin, the second argument to the left and right margins,
  and the third argument to the bottom margin.

9c9a5c55cb Userland+LibGUI: Make Margins arguments match CSS ordering
Previously the argument order for Margins was (left, top, right,
bottom). To make it more familiar and closer to how CSS does it, the
argument order is now (top, right, bottom, left).

SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

e0f32626bc LibGfx: Rename 32-bit BitmapFormats to BGRA8888 and BGRx888x
The previous names (RGBA32 and RGB32) were misleading since that's not
the actual byte order in memory. The new names reflect exactly how the
color values get laid out in bitmap data.
