6103884c18 LibWeb: Add some extra browsing context null checks
I saw a suspicious null dereference in
check_if_access_between_two_browsing_contexts_should_be_reported(),
but I have no idea how to reproduce it.

Still, it seems harmless to paper over it with a FIXME debug log.

e800605ad3 AK+LibURL: Move AK::URL into a new URL library
This URL library ends up being a relatively fundamental base library of
the system, as LibCore depends on LibURL.

This change has two main benefits:
 * Moving AK back more towards being an agnostic library that can
   be used between the kernel and userspace. URL has never really fit
   that description - and is not used in the kernel.
 * URL _should_ depend on LibUnicode, as it needs punnycode support.
   However, it's not really possible to do this inside of AK as it can't
   depend on any external library. This change brings us a little closer
   to being able to do that, but unfortunately we aren't there quite
   yet, as the code generators depend on LibCore.

ad843b6e4a LibWeb: Don't crash when accessing property in detached Window object
After removing an iframe from the DOM, its contentWindow will be
detached from its browsing context, per spec.

Because the contentWindow is still accessible, we cannot assume that
Window objects always have an associated browsing context.

This needs to be fixed in the spec, but let's add a sensible null check
in the meantime.

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:
  $ xs=$(ack -l \bDeprecatedString\b\|deprecated_string AK Userland \
    Meta Ports Ladybird Tests Kernel)
  $ perl -pie 's/\bDeprecatedString\b/ByteString/g;
    s/deprecated_string/byte_string/g' $xs
  $ clang-format --style=file -i \
    $(git diff --name-only | grep \.cpp\|\.h)
  $ gn format $(git ls-files '*.gn' '*.gni')

b8a097f74b LibWeb: Add missing check in CrossOriginGetOwnPropertyHelper
We have to check that the entry in CrossOriginProperties is the one
actually requested from the caller before executing the body of the
loop. This fixes a crash triggered by YouTube iframe embedding.

8f1d13e73b LibJS: Use a Variant instead of two Optionals for ThrowCompletionOr
Comes with the usual benefit of saving some space on the stack, as well
as making a situation where both or neither Optionals hold a value
impossible.

The various unwrapping additions are required as we can no longer
construct a ThrowCompletionOr<T> from an Optional<T> - rightfully so.

afc055c088 LibWeb: Convert the Location object to IDL
This includes:

- Moving it from Bindings/ to HTML/
- Renaming it from LocationObject to Location
- Removing the manual definitions of the constructor and prototype
- Removing special handling of the Location interface from the bindings
  generator
- Converting the JS_DEFINE_NATIVE_FUNCTIONs to regular functions
  returning DeprecatedString instead of PrimitiveString
- Adding missing (no-op) setters for the various attributes, which are
  expected to exist by the bindings generator

f3db548a3d AK+Everywhere: Rename FlyString to DeprecatedFlyString
DeprecatedFlyString relies heavily on DeprecatedString's StringImpl, so
let's rename it to A) match the name of DeprecatedString, B) write a new
FlyString class that is tied to String.

525f22d018 LibJS: Replace standalone js_string() with PrimitiveString::create()
Note that js_rope_string() has been folded into this, the old name was
misleading - it would not always create a rope string, only if both
sides are not empty strings. Use a three-argument create() overload
instead.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

dc44effd44 LibWeb: Move cross-origin AOs from Bindings/ to HTML/CrossOrigin/
These are from the HTML spec and therefore belong in the HTML/ directory

first step towards cleaning that up.

d073a31c21 LibWeb: Add missing includes
This remained undetected for a long time as HeaderCheck is disabled by
default. This commit makes the following file compile again:

    // file: compile_me.cpp
    #include <LibWeb/HTML/CrossOrigin/CrossOriginOpenerPolicy.h>
    // That's it, this was enough to cause a compilation error.

Likewise for most other files touched by this commit.
