11580babbf LibDraw: Put all classes in the Gfx namespace
I started adding things to a Draw namespace, but it somehow felt really
wrong seeing Draw::Rect and Draw::Bitmap, etc. So instead, let's rename
the library to LibGfx. :^)

94ca55cefd Meta: Add license header to source files
As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a
comment block to the top of every source file.

For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage
everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've
added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in
error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright
holder instead.

Going forward, all new source files should include a license header.

77ae98a9b6 LibDraw: Add GraphicsBitmap::create_purgeable()
This allows you to create a process-private purgeable GraphicsBitmap.
The volatile flag is controlled via set_volatile() / set_nonvolatile().

183ee5847c LibDraw: Add GraphicsBitmap::to_shareable_bitmap()
This function returns the bitmap itself if it's already backed by a
SharedBuffer object, otherwise it creates a shareable copy of itself
and returns that.

8f45a259fc ByteBuffer: Remove pointer() in favor of data()
We had two ways to get the data inside a ByteBuffer. That was silly.

ec5091fa7d GraphicsBitmap: Allow constructing a wrapper bitmap around 8-bit pixels
This will be very useful for optimizing games like DOOM. :^)

7038935f74 GraphicsBitmap: create_wrapper() should take pitch as a parameter
We shouldn't assume that the pitch of some arbitrary bitmap memory that
we're wrapping is going to be 16-byte aligned. Instead, just take the
pitch as a parameter.

Also update WindowServer to pass the pitch to the framebuffer bitmaps.

1c0669f010 LibDraw: Introduce (formerly known as SharedGraphics.)
Instead of LibGUI and WindowServer building their own copies of the drawing
and graphics code, let's it in a separate LibDraw library.

This avoids building the code twice, and will encourage better separation
of concerns. :^)
