0c14103025 LibWeb: Move PercentageOr and subclasses into PercentageOr.{h,cpp}
This solves an awkward dependency cycle, where CalculatedStyleValue
needs the definition of Percentage, but including that would also pull
in PercentageOr, which in turn needs CalculatedStyleValue.

Many places that previously included StyleValue.h no longer need to. :^)

Same as NonnullRefPtrVector: weird semantics, questionable benefits.

8a48246ed1 Everywhere: Stop using NonnullRefPtrVector
This class had slightly confusing semantics and the added weirdness
doesn't seem worth it just so we can say "." instead of "->" when
iterating over a vector of NNRPs.

This patch replaces NonnullRefPtrVector<T> with Vector<NNRP<T>>.

f3db548a3d AK+Everywhere: Rename FlyString to DeprecatedFlyString
DeprecatedFlyString relies heavily on DeprecatedString's StringImpl, so
let's rename it to A) match the name of DeprecatedString, B) write a new
FlyString class that is tied to String.

Converts uses of DeprecatedString to String in StyleValue, and patches
surrounding files that depend on these functions.

57dc179b1f Everywhere: Rename to_{string => deprecated_string}() where applicable
This will make it easier to support both string types at the same time
while we convert code, and tracking down remaining uses.

One big exception is Value::to_string() in LibJS, where the name is
dictated by the ToString AO.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

2675b9390b LibWeb: Parse unknown media type in media queries
Prevent media query parser from falling back into
MediaQuery::create_not_all() for queries with unknown media type.
With this change following test works correctly:

c449cabae3 LibWeb: Move CSS Parser into new Web::CSS::Parser namespace
The goal here is to move the parser-internal classes into this namespace
so they can have more convenient names without causing collisions. The
Parser itself won't collide, and would be more convenient to just
remain `CSS::Parser`, but having a namespace and a class with the same
name makes C++ unhappy.

0795b9f7bb LibWeb: Use floats instead of doubles for CSS numbers
Using doubles isn't necessary, and they make things slightly bigger and
slower, so let's use floats instead.

deea129b8c LibWeb: Add Ratio type to MediaFeatureValue
As noted, the Parser can't handle the `<number>` syntax for this - it
gets parsed instead by the `<number>` branch. We can't actually resolve
the ambiguity without making the Parser aware of what type each
media-feature is, but I will get to that soon. :^)

fd2ef43cb4 LibWeb: Implement <resolution> as a media feature type
This is the only dimension type besides `<length>` that is used in any
media queries in levels 4 or 5 right now. Others can be included

d2ade9800f LibWeb: Implement relative lengths in media queries :^)
As noted, this is not entirely right, since we are using the computed
font's metrics instead of the initial font's metrics, but we do not
have a good way to obtain the latter.

416033a660 LibWeb: Support range syntax for media queries
This means you can now do queries like:

```css
@media (400px <= width < 800px) { }
```

Chromium and Firefox which I tested with both don't support this yet, so
that's cool. :^)

c3bf9e5b79 LibWeb: Rewrite media-query parsing to match spec grammar
Past me decided that the grammar was overly verbose and I could do it
better myself. Which seemed fine until the spec changed and I didn't
know how to integrate the changes. Lesson learned! :^)

Rather than have a function for every single part of the grammar, I have
written some as lambdas, and combned `<media-condition>` and
`<media-condition-without-or>` into one function. But otherwise it's
close to the spec, with comments listing the part of the grammar being
parsed, so hopefully it will be easier to make future adjustments!

This does not add any new functionality.

ae4f0000c8 LibWeb: Make MediaFeature a top-level class and add factory methods
Web::CSS::MediaQuery::MediaFeature::Type was getting a bit ridiculous!
Also, this moves the detection of "min-" and "max-" media-features into
the MediaFeature itself, since this is an implementation detail, not
part of the spec.

6299d68e45 LibWeb: Introduce MediaFeatureValue type for use in media queries
Previously, we were using StyleValues for this, which was a bit of a
hack and was brittle, breaking when I modified how custom properties
were parsed. This is better and also lets us limit the kinds of value
that can be used here, to match the spec.

216e21a1fa AK: Convert AK::Format formatting helpers to returning ErrorOr<void>
This isn't a complete conversion to ErrorOr<void>, but a good chunk.
The end goal here is to propagate buffer allocation failures to the

1c829e0417 LibWeb: Implement MediaQuery matching :^)
Currently, `evaluate()` recalculates whether the MediaQuery matches or
not, and stores it in `m_matches`, which users can query using
`matches()`. This allows us to know when the match-state changes, which
is required to fire MediaQueryList's change event.
