f0c5f77f99 LibWeb: Remove unecessary dependence on Window from HTML classes
These classes only needed Window to get at its realm. Pass a realm
directly to construct HTML classes.

ad04d7ac9b LibWeb: Move ExceptionOr from DOM/ to WebIDL/
This is a concept fully defined in the Web IDL spec and doesn't belong
in the DOM directory/namespace - not even DOMException, despite the name
:^)

4f73851afc LibWeb: Move CallbackType from Bindings/ to WebIDL/
Let's stop putting generic types and AOs from the Web IDL spec into
the Bindings namespace and directory in LibWeb, and instead follow our
usual naming rules of 'directory = namespace = spec name'. The IDL
namespace is already used by LibIDL, so Web::WebIDL seems like a good
choice.

6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated
PlatformObjects. Their C++ wrapper classes are removed, and the LibJS
garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

8cda70c892 LibWeb: Move event listeners, handlers and callbacks to the GC heap
This patch moves the following things to being GC-allocated:
- Bindings::CallbackType
- HTML::EventHandler
- DOM::IDLEventListener
- DOM::DOMEventListener
- DOM::NodeFilter

Note that we only use PlatformObject for things that might be exposed
to web content. Anything that is only used internally inherits directly
from JS::Cell instead, making them a bit more lightweight.

40a70461a0 LibWeb: Replace GlobalObject with Realm in wrapper functions
Similar to create() in LibJS, wrap() et al. are on a low enough level to
warrant passing a Realm directly instead of relying on the current realm
from the VM, as a wrapper may need to be allocated while no JS is being
executed.

95541d7064 LibWeb: Fix various spec comment inconsistencies
- Don't add multiple numbers to nested steps, just the innermost one
  (as rendered in the HTML document)
- "Otherwise" comments go before the else, not after it
- "FIXME:" goes before step number, not between it and the comment text
- Always add a period between number and comment text

The majority of these were introduced in #13756, but some unrelated ones
have been updated as well.

c37820b898 Libraries: Use default constructors/destructors in LibWeb
https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#cother-other-default-operation-rules

"The compiler is more likely to get the default semantics right and
you cannot implement these functions better than the compiler."

820e99f97d LibWeb: Add initial implementation for WorkerGlobalScope
This initial implementation stubs out the WorkerGlobalScope,
WorkerLocation and WorkerNavigator classes. It doesn't take into account
all the things that actually need passed into the constructors for these
objects, nor the extra abstract operations that need to be performed on
them by the rest of the Browser infrastructure. However, it does create
bindings that compile and link :^)
