From the spec:
> Interface SVGGeometryElement represents SVG elements whose rendering
> is defined by geometry with an equivalent path, and which can be
> filled and stroked. This includes paths and the basic shapes.
- https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/types.html#InterfaceSVGGeometryElement
Making them all create an SVGPathBox, and return a Path from get_path(),
means we can implement the "basic shapes" using the path system we
already have. :^)
Instead of trying to layout SVG boxes as if they are regular CSS boxes,
let's invent an "SVG formatting context" and let it manage SVG boxes.
To facilitate this, Layout::SVGBox no longer inherits from ReplacedBox,
and is instead a simple, "inline-block" style BlockBox.

A C++ source file containing just
#include <LibFoo/Bar.h>
should always compile cleanly.
This patch adds missing header inclusions that could have caused weird error
messages if they were used in a different context. Also, this confused QtCreator.
