bfd354492e LibWeb: Put most LibWeb GC objects in type-specific heap blocks
With this change, we now have ~1200 CellAllocators across both LibJS and
LibWeb in a normal WebContent instance.

This gives us a minimum heap size of 4.7 MiB in the scenario where we
only have one cell allocated per type. Of course, in practice there will
be many more of each type, so the effective overhead is quite a bit
smaller than that in practice.

I left a few types unconverted to this mechanism because I got tired of
doing this. :^)

This is mostly motivated for aesthetics, but also helps avoid some null

50350fb79c LibWeb: Add a non-DeprecatedString version of Element::get_attribute
Renaming the DeprecatedString version of this function to
Element::get_deprecated_attribute.

While performing this rename, port over functions where it is trivial to
do so to the Optional<String> version of this function.

0f6782fae6 LibWeb: Rename Element::attribute to Element::deprecated_attribute
This should allow us to add a Element::attribute which returns an
Optional<String>. Eventually all callers should be ported to switch from
the DeprecatedString version, but in the meantime, this should allow us
to port some more IDL interfaces away from DeprecatedString.

df1bb0ff49 LibWeb: Make HTMLCollection faster when it only cares about children
Some of the live HTMLCollection only ever contain children of their root
node. When we know that's the case, we can avoid doing a full subtree
traversal of all descendants and only visit children.

This cuts the ECMA262 spec loading time by over 10 seconds. :^)

2692db8699 LibJS+Everywhere: Allow Cell::initialize overrides to throw OOM errors
Note that as of this commit, there aren't any such throwers, and the
call site in Heap::allocate will drop exceptions on the floor. This
commit only serves to change the declaration of the overrides, make sure
they return an empty value, and to propagate OOM errors frm their base
initialize invocations.

57dc179b1f Everywhere: Rename to_{string => deprecated_string}() where applicable
This will make it easier to support both string types at the same time

dictated by the ToString AO.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated
PlatformObjects. Their C++ wrapper classes are removed, and the LibJS
garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

While trying to get http://lite.duckduckgo.com to work in the Browser I
noticed that we kept on getting 400 (Bad Request) errors when you click

After turning on `JOB_DEBUG` to see what headers we were sending it
turned out that we were actually setting `Content-Length` twice once
in LibWeb, and again when the request is handled by LibHTTP.

Since LibHTTP transparently handles this now, we can avoid it in LibWeb.
