Simon Wanner	624527f15e	LibWeb: Add stub implementation of HTMLOptionsCollection ... This is a subtype of `DOM::HTMLCollection` that only holds `HTMLOptionElement`s. In this stub implementation only `item`, `namedItem` and `length`, inherited from HTMLCollection, are exposed.
