5ff7448fee LibWeb: Move viewport subscriptions from BrowsingContext to Document
With this change, elements that want to receive viewport rect updates
will need to register on document instead of the browsing context.

This change solves the problem where a browsing context for a document
is guaranteed to exist only while the document is active so browsing
context might not exit by the time DOM node that want to register is
constructed.

This is a part of preparation work before switching to navigables where
this issue becomes more visible.

22a858a0cb LibWeb: Don't parse inline style sheets during HTML fragment parsing
Some websites (like Reddit) like to instantiate "components" by setting
innerHTML to a huge chunk of stuff. Sometimes those huge chunks of stuff
contain inline style sheets (i.e `<style>` elements).

Before this change, we would end up parsing the CSS in those elements
multiple times, because we had no way of knowing that we were within
a fragment parser's temporary document.

This patch avoids the extra CSS parsing work by adding adding a flag to
Document that tells us it's being used by the fragment parser. Then, we
simply avoid parsing CSS for style elements in such documents. The CSS
then gets parsed immediately upon insertion into the proper DOM.

f2a28e83de LibWeb: Implement the document title attribute closer to the spec
The main differences between our current implementation and the spec
are:

    * The title element need not be a child of the head element.

    * If the title element does not exist, the default value should be
the empty string - we currently return a null string.

    * We've since added AOs for several of the spec steps here, so we
do not need to implement those steps inline.

e2c72922f6 LibWeb: Make LayoutState use HashMap instead of potentially huge Vector
Before this change, LayoutState essentially had a Vector<UsedValues*>
resized to the exact number of layout nodes in the current document.

When a nested layout is performed (to calculate the intrinsic size of
something), we make a new LayoutState with its own Vector. If an entry
is missing in a nested LayoutState, we check the parent chain all the
way up to the root.

Because each nested LayoutState had to allocate a new Vector with space
for all layout nodes, this could get really nasty on very large pages
(such as the ECMA262 specification).

This patch replaces the Vector with a HashMap. There's now a small cost
to lookups, but what we get in return is the ability to handle huge
layout trees without spending eternity in page faults.

de2c016556 LibWeb: Implement "attempt to populate the history entry's document"
Implements:
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsing-the-web.html#attempt-to-populate-the-history-entry's-document

This is going to be a replacement for `FrameLoader::load()` after
switching to navigables.

Brief description of `populate_session_history_entry_document`:
- If navigation params have url with fetch scheme then DOM document
will be populated by fetching url and parsing response. This
is going to be a replacement for `FrameLoader::load(AK::URL&)`.
- If url in navigation params is abort:srcdoc then DOM document
will be populated by parsing HTML text passed in document resource.
This is going to be a replacement for `FrameLoader::load_html()`
